At Communion of Saints Kids, we believe in partnering with parents to cultivate wisdom, wonder, and joy. Our teachers use activities, stories, and the arts to awaken the wonder of babies and toddlers and form the hearts of older children to whole-heartedly love God and others. We encourage parents to serve alongside their children’s classes as a way to strengthen our partnership with you.

We offer Children’s Ministry from birth to fifth grade on Sunday mornings during the 9:30 a.m. service. For Middle School and High School Students, check out the Youth page.

We also host All-Generations Sundays periodically, where the church gathers as one family to worship together. Our heart is for young and old to learn from one another in worship—children seeing faith modeled by those ahead of them, and adults being reminded of the beauty of childlike faith. Our hope is that these services inspire families to continue exploring faith together at home and share meaningful moments as a family.

Safety & Security

We take the safety and security of your children seriously. Here you’ll find the different resources and systems we’ve set up to help parents and protect your children so they can flourish.

It is our priority to make every reasonable effort to ensure a safe and healthy environment for every child in our care. To do this, we use a security tag system. When you check in your child, you receive a 2-part tag with a specific number on it. The child portion is to be placed on the outside of their clothing in a visible place. The parent portion has two purposes: to inform parents/guardians if their presence is needed at the classroom and  to pick up your child after service. If you lose a portion of the tag system, please go to the Kids Check-In area or talk to a service coordinator and request help.

If a parent or guardian would like to visit the classroom, please talk to the Kids Ministry Director or one of our Service Coordinators at Kids Ministry Check-In.

Our Kids Ministry Service Coordinator will contact you if there is any type of emergency concerning your child. Please have your phone available during service. 

Food allergies are noted on the child portion of the check-in tag. PLEASE inform the Service Coordinators at check-in of any allergies we need to be aware of. Peanut and peanut oil products are never served during Sunday services.
